Job Summary Prepare, organize, and keep minutes of board and shareholder meetings. facilitating communication b/n the board, management, shareholders and others stakeholders. Handles shareholders files, take general assembly minutes under NBE directives. Provide information to shareholders Job Requirement Qualification: MA/BA in Law, Business, Managements or related filed. Work Experience and skills: 3/5 years in a similar role or related roles.
