This is a senior role expected to operate independently, lead cross-functional bid teams, and set the standard for proposal quality, compliance, and technical excellence at Green Scene Energy PLC.The ideal candidate will own the tender/proposal function end-to-end — from opportunity assessment (go/no-go), bid strategy, and compliance planning, through technical design, BoQ development, and submission leadership. The role focuses on high-value and strategic opportunities and is accountable for bid quality, technical scores, and win rate, while ensuring solutions are deliverable, compliant, and commercially sound.The gross monthly salary for this role is between 35,000 and 60,000 Birr based on experienceAuthority & Decision RightsFinal technical owner of proposal strategy, compliance matrix, and submission readinessLeads internal go/no-go and bid review sessions with CTO, Sales, and FinanceValidates supplier technical selections, key technical assumptions, and bid deliverables (within agreed company limits)Can request internal resources (design support, site visits, external consultants) for strategic bidsProvides dotted-line technical leadership to Sales/Projects/Procurement during bid executionFinal technical owner of proposal strategy, compliance matrix, and submission readinessLeads internal go/no-go and bid review sessions with CTO, Sales, and FinanceValidates supplier technical selections, key technical assumptions, and bid deliverables (within agreed company limits)Can request internal resources (design support, site visits, external consultants) for strategic bidsProvides dotted-line technical leadership to Sales/Projects/Procurement during bid execution
