TOPTABLE TRADING PLC is seeking a highly qualified, charismatic, and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our front of house operations. We invite dynamic, leadership-oriented professionals to join our growing team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality.Key Responsibilities• Operational Oversight: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service runs smoothly and meets company standards.• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor floor staff (servers, hostesses, and bussers) to deliver exceptional guest experiences.• Guest Relations: Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle complex complaints professionally, and build long-term loyalty.• Service Coordination: Manage the flow of the dining room, coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house and oversee the reservation system during peak hours.• Financial Accountability: Assist with cash handling, daily reports, and monitoring labor costs or inventory as required.• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and restrooms to ensure impeccable cleanliness and ambiance.• Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are strictly followed by the entire team.• Performance Support: Step into various roles (hosting or serving) during high-volume periods to maintain service excellence.Number of Positions:01 (One)Salary:As per the company salary scale.Working Schedule:As per company schedule (includes evenings, weekends, and holidays).
