HargeisaMunicipalityisseekingtousetheSURPIIprojecttofinancetherecruitmentofPIUProjectEngineer.2.ResponsibilitiesTheProject EngineerforHargeisa Municipalitywillberesponsible forcarryingouttherolesanddutiesoutlinedintheScopeofWorksectionoftheTermsofReference(TOR).TheProjectEngineerwillplayakeyroleinensuringthat all engineering,technicalsupervision,andcontractmanagement activitiesunder the Nagaad SURP IIProjectareimplementedinfullcompliancewiththeWorldBankregulations,applicablenationalstandards,andprojectrequirements.ThePIUProjectEngineerwillberesponsibleforoverseeingtheimplementationofcivilworksandensuringcompliancewithtechnical,contractual,environmental,social,andqualitystandardsundertheSURPIIProject.TheEngineerwillprovidetechnicalmanagementofconstructionandconsultancycontracts,superviseimplementationprogress,reviewdesignandconsultancyoutputs,andcoordinatewithcontractors,consultants, governmentcounterparts,andotherstakeholderstoensurethetimely,efficient,andsuccessfuldeliveryofprojectactivities.AllspecificdutiesandresponsibilitiesaredetailedintheTermsofReference(TOR),availableontheHargeisa Municipalitywebsiteathttps://hargeisamunicipality.comoruponrequestviain-personsubmissionoremail.
