Data Quality Control & MonitoringMonitor daily customer data across Core Banking and Neo Banking systemsIdentify and flag:Missing or incomplete KYC dataDuplicate customer recordsIncorrect or inconsistent customer/loan informationPerform structured daily, weekly, and monthly data quality checksMaintain data quality logs and audit trailsB. Data Reconciliation (Core vs. Neo Platform)Ensure full alignment between:Core Banking SystemDigital/Neo Banking PlatformInvestigate and resolve:Data mismatchesTransaction inconsistenciesMaintain reconciliation reports and exception tracking logsC. Exception & Error ManagementDevelop and manage exception reporting frameworksTrack and resolve:Data entry errorsSystem integration gapsCustomer profile inconsistenciesEnsure timely closure of identified issuesEscalate critical risks and systemic issues immediatelyD.
