HeadKey Responsibilities:Organize, classify, and file student records, including transcripts, admission documents, enrollment forms, and other related materials, both physically and electronically, according to established filing systems and protocols.Maintain and update student information in the institution's student information system and other relevant databases with accuracy and efficiency.Retrieve and distribute student files and information to authorized personnel in a timely mannerAssist students, faculty, and staff with routine inquiries regarding the location and status of student records.Ensure the proper labeling, storage, and security of all student files to maintain confidentiality and prevent loss or damage.Process requests for official transcripts, enrollment verifications, and other student record-related documents.Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries as needed.Assist with the digitization of student records through scanning and electronic filing processes.Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, including managing filing supplies and equipment.Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain the accuracy of student records.Assist with general office duties, such as photocopying and mail distribution, as needed.Adhere to all institutional policies, procedures, and regulations related to student records management
