Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)Develop and implement MEAL frameworks, tools, and indicators for all projectsDesign data collection methodologies (quantitative & qualitative)Ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reportingConduct baseline, midline, and endline assessmentsTrack project performance against KPIs and logframesLead field monitoring visits and data quality assessments2. Accountability SystemsEstablish and manage beneficiary feedback and complaint mechanisms (CFM)Ensure accountability to affected populations (AAP) principles are integratedMonitor responsiveness to community feedback and complaintsPromote transparency and ethical program delivery3. Learning & Knowledge ManagementFacilitate learning sessions, after-action reviews, and reflection workshopsDocument best practices, lessons learned, and success storiesSupport adaptive programming based on evidence and data insightsBuild internal knowledge-sharing systems4. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with donor regulations, contracts, and reporting requirementsMonitor adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and guidelinesConduct compliance checks and internal auditsIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategiesSupport grant management and reporting processes5. ReportingPrepare high-quality internal and donor reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reportsDevelop dashboards and visual reports for decision-makingSupport proposal development with data and evidence6. Capacity BuildingTrain staff and partners on MEAL tools, systems, and compliance requirementsStrengthen data literacy and results-based management across teamsProvide technical support to program teams7. Digital Systems & InnovationImplement digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, DHIS2)Improve data management systems and automation processesPromote data-driven decision-making within the organization
