As a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization, we deliver exceptional stakeholder value through pioneering project execution and commercial excellence.Role OverviewKavod Real Estate PLC seeks a Project Architect is a key member of the project design and execution team, responsible for the technical development and implementation of the architectural design for a specific, assigned project. Working directly under the supervision of the Lead Architect, this role translates conceptual designs into buildable construction documents, ensures design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign Development & Documentation:Assist the Lead Architect in developing schematic designs into detailed design development packages.Prepare, develop, and edit architectural drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules in AutoCAD/Revit under the guidance of the Lead Architect.Ensure all drawings and specifications align with the project's design intent, client requirements, sales, company standards, and building codes.Coordinate architectural drawings with engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, etc.) to ensure a cohesive and clash-free design.Assist the Lead Architect in developing schematic designs into detailed design development packages.Prepare, develop, and edit architectural drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules in AutoCAD/Revit under the guidance of the Lead Architect.Ensure all drawings and specifications align with the project's design intent, client requirements, sales, company standards, and building codes.Coordinate architectural drawings with engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, etc.) to ensure a cohesive and clash-free design.2. Technical Execution & Quality Control:Conduct thorough quality control checks on own work and the work of junior team members for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Research materials, products, systems, and codes to support design decisions and technical solutions.Resolve complex technical and design issues with guidance from the Lead Architect.Participate in the construction administration phase, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), and conducting site visits to monitor compliance with design documents.Conduct thorough quality control checks on own work and the work of junior team members for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Research materials, products, systems, and codes to support design decisions and technical solutions.Resolve complex technical and design issues with guidance from the Lead Architect.Participate in the construction administration phase, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), and conducting site visits to monitor compliance with design documents.3.
