The role is designed as a learning journey, giving interns exposure to real projects while providing strong guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. At CTG, internships follow the 70-20-10 learning model:70% on-the-job exposure – shadowing colleagues, assisting with client accounts,clients’ engagements andcontributing to client reports and operational tasks.20% learning from others – guided by a dedicated supervisor, supported by a mentor, and collaborating across teams.10% formal learning – onboarding briefings, in-house trainings, and access to CTG’s Kaya online training platform.Role objectives
