The Research Manager will lead research design, manage teams, liaise with clients, and contribute to business development, playing a key role in advancing Ogal Consulting’s impact in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and management of qualitative and quantitative research projects tailored to client needs.Develop research tools, methodologies, and protocols ensuring rigor and relevance.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.Supervise and mentor research teams including analysts and enumerators to build capacity and maintain quality.Summarize and present complex research findings clearly to diverse audiences, including clients and stakeholders.Support business development by assisting in project scoping, proposal writing, and client engagement.Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with partners and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection policies.Identify opportunities for methodological improvements and innovation in research approaches.Participate in dissemination activities such as workshops, seminars, and conferences.
