BACKGROUNDJSI Ethiopia is a leader in health systems strengthening and RMNCAH-N service delivery. To maintain this leadership, we are strengthening our evidence generation pillar. We are seeking an Implementation Research (IR) Advisor to lead high-level research across our integrated portfolio, ensuring that JSI’s innovations are rigorously documented and translated into national policy.OVERVIEW OF THE POSITIONThe Strategic IR Advisor is a core technical leadership position responsible for the design, execution, and dissemination of implementation science across SSD, IPHCSD, and C-RMNCH. Unlike traditional M&E roles, this position focuses on "the why and the how," conducting deep-dive studies to measure intervention fidelity and impact.
