We export premium roasted coffee to international markets and supply top-tier hotels and leading supermarkets across Ethiopia.Job PurposeTo ensure all café facilities, equipment, utilities, and back-of-house areas are safe, fully operational, compliant, and visually aligned with brand standards, minimizing downtime and protecting customer and partner (staff) experience.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and maintain all café physical assets to ensure optimal functionality, including but not limited to:Espresso machines and grindersIce machinesRefrigeration systems (chillers and freezers)Electrical and plumbing systemsLighting fixturesFurniture, fixtures, and signageEnsure uninterrupted café operations by proactively preventing maintenance-related service disruptions.Oversee and maintain all café physical assets to ensure optimal functionality, including but not limited to:Espresso machines and grindersIce machinesRefrigeration systems (chillers and freezers)Electrical and plumbing systemsLighting fixturesFurniture, fixtures, and signageEnsure uninterrupted café operations by proactively preventing maintenance-related service disruptions.Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program across all four café branches. B. Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program across all four café branches. Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring, and documenting: Daily operator-level checks Weekly inspections Monthly in-depth inspections Quarterly servicing by authorized vendors Focus on early fault detection to significantly reduce emergency breakdowns and unplanned downtime. C.
