Senior Sales and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities• Supervise and support Sales & Promotion Officers.• Set, monitor, and achieve sales and acquisition targets.• Lead field acquisition and customer retention activities.• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.• Conduct market and competitor analysis.• Identify key customers, partners, and sales opportunities.• Monitor user activity and follow up on inactive customers.• Handle customer complaints in coordination with relevant teams.• Prepare and present sales, marketing, and performance reports.
