About the Function:The Sales & Marketing Department is responsible for driving the sale of the company’s products and providing technical support for their application within the feed and livestock industry.Job description:The Technical Sales Advisor strengthens the team in Ethiopia by marketing and selling the entire range of products. This role requires a consultative selling approach to engage potential customers (feed mills, farms) , offer informed technical solutions , and build long-term relationships. The core mandate is to achieve or exceed sales targets, provide high-quality product training, and maintain accurate market intelligence and documentation.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy and Client RelationsDevelop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for food and feed additives, and premixes within designated territories.Identify and engage potential customers, including feed mills, commercial farms, and other livestock producers, to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.Employ a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and offer informed solutions.Build long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing technical support, addressing queries, and providing guidance on product use.Develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for food and feed additives, and premixes within designated territories.Identify and engage potential customers, including feed mills, commercial farms, and other livestock producers, to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.Employ a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and offer informed solutions.Build long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing technical support, addressing queries, and providing guidance on product use.2. Product Expertise and CommunicationDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the company's feed additives and premixes, including their formulations, benefits, and applications.Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight the scientific and practical advantages of the products to clients.Conduct training sessions for customers and distribution partners to educate them on the proper use and benefits of animal feed additives and premixes.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's feed additives and premixes, including their formulations, benefits, and applications.Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight the scientific and practical advantages of the products to clients.Conduct training sessions for customers and distribution partners to educate them on the proper use and benefits of animal feed additives and premixes.3.
