YAFCO Trading PLCis seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Accountant for its four divisions and Accountant to the Cafeteria (Cafe) operation.Chief Accountant to oversee and coordinate financial activities across its four divisions:Technology Products Import & Distribution 2.Green Coffee Export 3.Roasted & Ground Coffee for Retail and Export 4.Cafeteria OperationsCore Responsibilities:Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls across all divisions.Lead the finance function to support YAFCO’s strategic goals, growth, and profitability.Act as a financial advisor to management, providing recommendations based on sound analysis.Supervise and support accountants in the 4 divisions (Tech Import, Green Coffee Export, Roasted Coffee & Retail, Cafe).Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent recording of all financial transactions across divisions.Compile and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements from each division.Prepare management reports, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.Present financial performance summaries to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Revenue and Customs
