Maintains a comprehensive database of tenants proposed, current and previous tenantsActively promotes leasable spaces and seeks out new commercial opportunitiesShow spaces that are available for lease as required;Reviews tenant applications and proposals and makes recommendations to the Senior Management;Prepare new leasing contracts and submit to the marketing manager for approval.Follow-up & up date or re-new the leasing contracts on time.Works closely with the HR & General Service Section and other departments in the administration of all leasing contracts and day to day tenant relations for leasing operations.Compiling statistical information as required;Manage Dembel City Center’s social media pages by creating weekly content and responding to comments and messages;Update Dembel City Center’s website with relevant information as required together with the company ICT Department;Assist with developing marketing strategies;Undertake daily administrative functions and coordination of marketing activities,Works closely with the Finance Team in organizing and analyzing of relevant statistical & leasing information.Ensuring that all relevant information is handed over to Finance Department for processing;Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating report/survey/questionnaires;Prepares annual leasing and marketing budgets and monthly leasing and marketing reportsExecutes Leasing and marketing plans as approved by Senior ManagementCoordinate the sourcing and ordering Company’s promotional items;Performs any other relevant duties as directed by the Marketing Manager or or Mall Manager.Works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop leasing and revenue generating plans;Works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop leasing and revenue generating plans;Assists the Marketing Manager in gathering and compiling current market and economic information and preparing competitive market analysis and market trends;Assists the Marketing Manager in gathering and compiling current market and economic information and preparing competitive market analysis and market trends;Update and maintain the Leasing database;
